A couple of interesting updates from the ITER Newsline this week:
First, the next set Monaco postdoctoral fellows has been announced, including one who will follow in the not-so-long and not-yet-prestigious line of superconductivity research at ITER as funded by Prince Albert II.
Second, some "concrete" proof that things are happening on the ITER platform. It is particularly gratifying to see that the building where ITER's big poloidal field magnets will be fabricated is starting to go vertical.
Third, and for no particularly good reason, a fascinating look at what you uncover when you drain the Canal de Provence after 10 years.
